This coffee has tastes reminiscent of ripe strawberry, amaretto, cherry, and dark chocolate frosting.
Excellent as an espresso as well.
Dry Processed, grown in Yirgacheffe at 1850-2100m.
Natural coffees are picked and dried with the fruit and skin intact, producing a fuller body, and unique flavors that are very different than traditionally processed coffee.
We recommend a brew ratio of 1:15 for pourover style coffee.
