STAY FROSTY | Cold Brew Blend
Smooth and chocolatey, with a caramel background, this low acid, silky smooth blend is especially profiled for Cold Brew style coffee with beans from the current crop season.
Coarsely grind coffee, and steep in cold filtered water for 14-24 hours. Strain through a filter or nut milk bag. We suggest a ratio of 1 part coffee to 8 parts water for a nice strong concentrate. Cut 2:1 with water or milk when served.
